• Our delivery timeframe is between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays
• We can only process orders to home or office addresses. We do not send to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers
• Postage generally takes 2-5 business days. However, deliveries to rural locations, WA, TAS or NT may take up to 10 business days.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Hoverboard Store you may contact us & return it to us in its original condition within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
